his "close personal friend as well
as a great statesman." it was
disclosed in a letter made public
in Tel Aviv.
The letter, paying tribute to
Dr. Weizmann's "warmth of per-
sonality," w a s addressed to
Abraham Feinberg.
Mr. Feinberg presented Pres-
ident Truman's greetings to
President Weizmann at the tat-
ter's home in Rehovoth.
On his return trip to the Unit-
ed States, Mr. Feinberg will
accompany Prime Minister Ben-
Gurion and other Israel officials.
The party is expected to arrive
in the United States by air on
