Polakoff, executive director of the American Friends of the Katznelson Institute, who accompanied Mr. Soroka to De- troit, told of the inauguration of a world seminar at the Beth Berl Institute. Non-Jews to Participate A series of World Fellowships is being established by t h e American Friends to enable American leaders and scholars, Jewish and non-Jewish to par- ticipate in the seminar. Establishment of a co-educa- tional boarding school for high school students from English- speaking countries also was an- nounced by Polakoff.
