Israel Planes to Fight
Persian Locust Plague

TEL AVIV, (JTA)—The United
States Embassy informed the
Israel Government that four
Piper Cub planes that the Gov-
ernment had in readiness, in
compliance with an American
request, for use in combatting
a locust plague in Iran, would
not be required.
It is understood that the
plague has reached such propor-
tions that larger aircraft than
Israel has available would be re-
quired.

am proud of the record the Chi-
cago Medical School has made
in the prepar4,tion of highly
qualified physicians and in the
field of medical research."
