in the Wayne University series
of "Leo M. Franklin lectures in
Human Relations," Thursday, in

ing. His subject was "Function-
al Democracy in Human Rela-
tions-A Modern Theory."

The National Board of License,
which establishes criteria for
rating Hebrew School teachers
and licenses teachers who meet
requirements, invites all Hebrew
teachers and supervisory per-
sonnel in Jewish schools, which
do not have communal boards of
license to apply for permanent
or temporary licenses.
The board has set up a special
committee on certification to ad-
minister examinations for ap-
