Bar Mitzvahs Women Plan Jan. 31 Event; Population Trends Are Studied To complete a population study, the Women's Division of the JAvish Welfare Federation and to begin contact work for the Jan. 31 Institute, members of the office and promotion committee will hold a breakfast meeting at 10:30 a.m., Wednes- day, Jan. 3, at the Davison Jew- ish Center. The office committee,/ under the chairmanship of Mrs. David Pollack, has been making a study of population movements by Jewish families. More than 250 women have volunteered 1900 hours of their time in the past year. Hand- addressidg, typing, filing and various other services have been provided by office committee members to expedite the work of the Women's Division. Serv- ing with Mrs. Pollack as vice- chairman is Mrs. Edwin M.
