Ambassador Abba Eban of Is-

author, will open the second Na-
tional Assembly for Labor Israel
which will be held in New York,
Dec. 16 and 17, at the New
School for Social Research.
The Assembly, instituted in
1949 as an open forum for the
discussion of all problems relat-
ing to Labor Israel, is sponsored
by Jewish leaders in fields of re-.
ligion, education, literature and
social work, and will, at this
year's session, focus attention on
"The Jews of Israel and of
America—Two Years Experience
in Attitudes and Relationships."

Ben-Gurion Chats With Greek
Premier During Athens Visit
PARIS, (JTA)—The Greek le-
gation here reported that dur-
ing the brief stay in Athens,
Israel Premier, David Ben-Guri-
on, visited Sophocles Venizelos,
Premier and Minister of Foreign
Affairs of Greece.

pugnance" of the Swedish peo-
ple for such propaganda and
said he hoped that a law en-
acted last year by the Swedish
Parliament would soon end such
activities.
The statement, issued by the
Swedish legation here, attributes
"this disgusting activity" to Ei-
nar Aberg, notorious Swedish
anti-Semite whose specialty is
mailing anti-Jewish propaganda
to persons in English-speaking
countries. The Minis ter also
pointed out that until 1949 the
Swedish government did not
have enough legal power to pre-
vent Aberg's activities but that
in that year a law, popularity
known as "Lex Aberg," was ad-
opted. It makes the propaga-
tion of material which "threat-
ens, lies about or insults any
group of people of a certain
descent or religion" a criminal
offense.
John Einfeld, president of the
Federation of Ex-Servicemen in
Australia, warned the Australian*
government that the admission
of even a "few thousand German
settlers yearly" is a threat to
the country because of Nazi in-
doctrination. Einfeld added that
there is "no room" in Australia
for fascists or Communists.
