Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Goldman of the Wilshire are expected home this Friday from a visit in New York. William Hoffman of LaSalle Blvd., has returned from a two months visit in Israel. Mrs. M. L. Platt of Calvert Ave., has left for California where she plans to spend the winter with her son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Gold- of Princeton Ave., have left to spend a month in Miami Beach. En route they will spend a few days in St. Louis, Mo., visiting with members of their family. Rabbi Julius Weinberg, director of the internal relations com- mittee and the culture commission of the Jewish Community Council, will be in New York- on Sunday to attend the wedding of his cousin, ,Dr. Norman Weinberg, to Naomi Miller, of Long. Island, N. Y. The bride is the daughter of Rabbi Irving Miller, president of the American Jewish Congress and vice-president of- the Zionist Organization of America. MISS DONCHE DIKOVA chestra under the direction of Julius Chajes will be heard in an all-Beethoven concert on Sunday evening, at the Davison Jewish Center. Donche Dikova, outstanding Bulgarian pianist, will be soloist in the "Emperor Concerto." Miss Dikova came to the United States a year ago, and has played twice with the De- troit Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Valte'r Poole.
