Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Levin of Strathcona Drive have left for
Ellsworth, Wis., to spend the summer season.
Mrs. Jerome Morton and daughter, Judy, of Roslyn Road, ac-
companied by Mrs. Henry Fecheimer of Huntington Woods and
Mrs. Harold Desenberg of Wisconsin Ave., are taking a 10-day
motor trip to Toronto.

Mrs. Lucy Roth of Chicago spent the past week in Detroit
visiting with Mrs. Monroe Rosenfield of the Belcrest Hotel.
Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Druker and daughter, Nancy, of Fair-
field Ave., left this week on a motor trip east. They will spend,
three or fours weeks at Lake Champlain, New York.
The annual luncheon of the Music Study Club was given on
June 13 at the home of Mrs. Benjamin Fishman of West Outer
Drive.

Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Beck of Fresno, Calif., recently spent 10.
days in Detroit visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Beck of
burlingame Ave.

Mr. and Mrs. Morris Jacobs of Glynn Court have returned
from a three months' visit to Israel.
Miss Julia Klein has returned to her home on W. Boston
Boulevard from a fortnight's visit in New York City and Mt. Ver-
non with her cousins, Dr. and Mrs. Claudio Gerbi and Mr. and
Mrs. Sidney Pollatsek.
Mrs. David .Fauman of W. Boston Boulevard recently visited
in Toronto for several weeks with family and friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Klein and daughter, Janet, of Chicago
are the house-guests of their sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and
Mrs. Benjamin Shwayder of Fairfield Ave.
Daniel Levin, son of Judge and Mrs. Theodore Levin of La
,Salle Blvd., has sailed for Europe, to spend six weeks in travel.
Among the Detroiters who will spend the Fourth of July
week-end in Charlevoix, Mich., are Mr. and Mrs. Victor Klein of
Stratford Road, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Rosenthal Jr., of Renfrew
Road, Mr. and Mrs. Miles Finsterwald of Balmoral Drive.
John and Steven Schwartz, sons of Dr. and Mrs. Louis A.
Schwartz of Argyle Crescent, have left for Treaure Island Camp
in Wisconsin. David Schwartz has returned from Cornell Univer-
sity and will spend the summer with his parents.
Mrs. M. Fiarman and daughter, formerly of Detroit, are visit-
ing with her sister, Mrs. N. Tobisman. Mr. Fiarman will join
them in a few days.
Rabbi and Mrs. Albert A. Gordon and small daughter, Judith
Michele, were the guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Abe Gordon
of Elmhurst Ave. for a week, after which they left for a month at
Colorado Springs, Colo.
• The former Harriet Rosamond Aaron, whose marriage to
Clarence Salzberg took place June 2, was feted by relatives and
friends at pre-nuptial parties given by Mrs. Wm. Fogel and
daughter Beverly, Miss Lois Berman, Mrs. Ralph Pierce; Mesdames
Cecil, Zal and. Cy Aaron; Mesdames Sam Satt, Walter Salzberg,
Sam Holland, Louis Rosen and Henry L. Bale. Parties were also
given by Misses Ophelia Kessler, Edith Shreeman, Gladys Spear
Mesdames George Keil Sam Bank, Samson S. Wittenberg, Jack
Hartstein, David Goldberg and Lewis Manning.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Abels of Burlingame Ave. announce the
graduation of their daughter, Phyllis Hope, from Wayne Univer-
sity. Miss Abels received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Edu-
cation.
Stuart H. Stahl, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Stahl, 2634 Biddle
Ave., Wyandotte, has been notified of his admission to the State
Bar. Mr. Stahl received his law degree at Wayne University and
is presently associated with the Copco Steel Co.
Mr. and Mrs. Max Stern and son, Sol, formerly of 2024 Pin-
gree, are entertaining house guests Mrs. Elsie Morris, Mrs. Clara
Sawyer, and her son, Barry, all of Boston, at their new residence
in the Hampton Apts.
Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Levin of 1600 Seward have left for a six
weeks' visit in Los Angeles with their children, Mr. and Mrs. Morris
Levin.

Open House Marks
Golden Anniversary

Fifty years of married life
was marked by Mr. and Mrs.
Bela Iczkovitz Sunday, June 25,
with an open house for 'their
family and friends at the home
of the couple's son, Andrew, at
18304 Ohio.
Married in Hungary in 1900,
the couple settled in Detroit in
1928. They have two sons, An-
drew and Ernest, and three
daughters, Mrs. Hermina Siri-
ckovitz, Mrs. Bertha Weiss and
Mrs. Regina Herman. A daugh-
ter-in-law, Mrs. Rhoda Iczkov-
itz, survives a third son. There
are 12 grandchildren.

The family and friends of Mr.
and Mrs. Abraham Dunn of
2300 W. Philadelphia joined
with them laSt Sunday as they
celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary with a party at
Lachar's.
Married June 22, 1900, in Mal-
awa, Poland, the Dunns came
to this country in 1921. Mr.
Dunn was in the jewelry busi-
ness before his retirement.
They have four sons, Arthur,
Raymond, ,Louis and Albert, and
eight grandchildren,
