To Wed in Fall

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dreifus of Memphis, Tenn., are visiting with
their mother, Mrs. Herman Finsterwald, and their sister and
brother-iii-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clement Hopp of Longfellow Ave.
From Detroit they will go to Cambridge, Mass., where their son,
Jed, will be graduated from Harvard University.
Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Goldman of the Wilshire Hotel are vaca-
tioning in California for several weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. High Schlafer and their daughters, Hortense
and Myrna, of Suffolk Drive have left for Miami Beach, Fla., where
they will make their home in the future.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Simon of LaSalle Blvd. spent a fortnight
in Pittsburgh, Atlantic City and Philadelphia, visiting relatives
and friends.
Mrs. David A. Brown of Burlingame Ave. is visiting her family
in Boston for several weeks.
Returning this week from Michigan State University in Lan-
sing to spend the summer vacation are Sallie Ginsburg, Charles
Kramer, Irene Pott, Eleanor Cullen, Howard Field and Donna
Lemberg.
Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Grobow of Dexter Blvd. had as their
guest last week Nick Friedberg of New York City.
Joan Field, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Field of Roslyn
Road, has returned to Detroit for the summer from the New York
School of Interior Design.
Allen Feinberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Feinberg of W. Bos-
ton Blvd. has finished the school year at Kenyon College and has
returned to Detroit.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis. Phillips of Calvert Ave., accompanied by
their house guests, Mr. and • Mrs. Max Berezdizin and • their son,
Dr. Miguel Berezdizin of Havana, Cuba, and their son and
daughter, -Mr. and Mrs. perry Phillips, are moving this week to
their summer home at New Baltimore, Mich., to spend the sum-
mer. The Berezdizins came to the United States recently to at-
tend the graduations of their daughter and son-in-law, the Perry
Phillips', from Michigan State University. -
Honoring the graduation of 'their daughter, Phyllis Beverly,
from Wayne University, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Gelbman of 3253
Glynn Ct. will be at home to' their friends and relatives Sunday,
June 18, 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. No cards.
Dorothy and Arthur Kovitz, children of Hyman •Kovitz, of 2946
Cortland will be at home to their friends at an open house in
honor of their graduations from Central High School and the Uni-
versity of Michigan, respectively; at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 22.
Honoring the graduation of their daughter, Phyllis Beverly,
from Wayne University,. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Gelbman of 3253
Glynn Ct. will be at home to their - friends 'and relatiims on Sun-
day, June 18, 2 to 5 and 7 to 10. p.m. No cards.
Mr. and Mrs. Philip S. Weisman of Covington Drive have re-
turned from- an extended visit with their children, Mr. and Mrs.

The newlyweds are on an ex-
tended wedding trip to Mexico
City and Acapulco, Mex.

Plaza Hotel.

on a Bible, was given in mar-
riage by her uncle, Benjamin H.
Neuman of Chicago. Mrs. Julius
Kurshner attended as matron
of honor, and the bridesmaids

Tolmich, Vivian Black, Mary
Graham. Larry Zamler served as
best man, and the ushers were
Albert Zamler, Myron Alpert,
Jerry Taines, and Julius Kursh-
ner. Steven Zamler was the ring
bearer.
