Ann Liepah to Wed
New Yorker Soon

MISS ANN LIEPA

Mr. and Mrs. Simon Liepah
announce the engagement of
their daughter, Ann, to Freder-
ick Borden, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Leon Borden of N.Y. They plan
to be married this month, after
which they will reside in Dallas,
Tex., where Mr. Borden will be
engaged in public relations work.
Miss Liepah has held impor-
tant positions with Joint Distri-
bution Committee in Germany
and Czechoslovakia and with
the Weizmann Institute of Sci-
ence in Israel. Her most recent
work has been as executive di-
rector' of the Pioneer Women's
Organization of America.
Her fiance has served the New
York Newspaper Guild and the
New York YMHA and did public
relations work for the Army in
Japan.

deliver the 1950 Dr. Max Bailin.
Memorial Lecture, sponsored by
the board of trustees and med-
ical staff of North End Clinic.
Dr. Mote will speak on, "The
Development and Present Status
of ACTH."
The lecture will be preceded
by a subscription dinner, for
which reservations can be made
at the clinic. Both lecture and
dinner will be held at the Hotel
