A reunion of all former campers and counselors of Camps
Eagle Point and Stinson and former guestS of Hawthorne Lodge,
will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 30, at the home of Mrs.
Ben Lemberg, 3280 Pasadena. Mr. and Mrs. Aaron L. Richman,
directors, will be the honored guests.

Nordau Chapter, Zionist Or-
ganization of Detroit, has re-
ceived a letter of thanks. from
Mayor Rakach and fifteen Tel
Aviv families for food pack-
ages the chapter sent to Israel
through Service for Palestine,
Inc.
According to Mayor Rokach's
letter the packages were distri-
buted through the Social Wel-
fare Dept. to people "who live
under conditions of great hard-
ship" and to whom the gift pack-
ages .were a real boon.
One recipient Wrote the chap-
ter that his package was "a pre-
sent from heaven."
Each family receiving one of
the $13 food parcels sent a per-
sonal letter of thanks to the
chapter.

Madrigal Club Gives ,
Annual Spring Concert

The Madrigal Club of Detroit
will present its 35th annual
spring concert at the Music Hall
at 8:30 p.m., May 1.
Guest artist will be the De-
troit Chamber Music Ensemble,
made ur) of former members of
the symphony orchestra, in-
cluding: Rebecca Frohman, pi-
anist; Emily Mutter Adams, first
violin; John Crispen, second vio-
lin; Meyer Shapiro, viola; Jacob
Becker, cello, and Gaston Brah-
on, double bass cello. They will
play the Shubert Quintet- Opus
114, known as "The Trout". •
The program will include a
group of madrigals and pales-
trina numbers, of folk songs,
spirituals and a sacred group.
The club has established a
student aid fund to assist de-
serving young musicians.
