Men's, Women's Units of Bnai Brith
Shoot at New Blood Donor Record

In an effort to set a new day's
record for a group blood dona-
tion to the Detroit Regional Red
Cross Blood Center, Bnai Brith
lodges 'and chapters of Detroit
will hold a blood bank rally
from 7 p.m. to midnight, Tues-
day, May 2, at Workmen's Circle
Center, 11529 Linwood.
The present group record is
held by employees of the Cadil-
lac Motor Car Co., who gave 190
pints through the blood mobile
unit on Nov. 16, 1949 : following

Invitations to participate in
the rally have been sent to all

Detroit's Jewish Youth - Council
will present an "International
Folk Dance" at 8:30 p.m. Satur-
day, May 6, in the auditorium
of the Dexter-Davison Center.
All proceeds will be turned
over to the Allied Jewish Cam-
paign.
The Jewish Youth Council is
a representative body of Jewish
youth organizations whose mem-
berships range between 14 and
20. It was created to facilitate

joint activity and action in all
