their first president and organ-
izer, Monday, March 20, at the
home of Mrs. Nathan Abrams,

Mrs. Coggan, wife of Dr. Rob-
ert A. Coggan and mother of
Carol. 10, and Nancy,-8,:helped
organize and was • a - charter
member of the Detroit District
Dental Auxiliary.
Besides her work for the 6,000
women of Bnai Britt', Mrs. Cog-,
gan is a member of the national
committee of the Joint Defense
Appeal and executive committee
of the Michigan Anti-Defama-
tion League regional board. She
is business manager of Temple
Israel's Dedication Volume; re-
ceived a citation from the gov-
ernment for war service in bond
drives and the USO. She is
currently working with the
American Red Cross to establish
a blood bank donated by the
Jews of Detroit.
Mrs. Coggan, also has served
the Detroit Community Fund
and Allied Jewish Campaign.
She is a member of the program
and internal relations commit-
tees of the Jewish Community
Council; a member of the De-
troit Round Table. Hadassah

rate his personal experiences as
assistant U. S. Prosecuting at-
torney at the Nuremberg- trials.
Rabbi Morris Adler will speak
on "Israel—A Refugee from
Atrocities."
Greetings will be presented by
Irving Sniderman, Haifa presi-
dent, and Dr. Louis Kazdan,
ZOD vice president. Musical se-
lections by Doris Bloom, accom-
panied by Mrs. Samuel Barr,
also are planned. The public is
