Mother's Food Products Available for Passover One food company making less work for housewives this Pass- over is Mother's Food Products Co. of Newark. In January the Mother's Food Plant was already prepared for its Passover cook- ing. Non-Passover items con- taining flour, matzo meal, bar- ley, etc., were removed. Rabbis from the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America were called in and, under their supervision, the plant was scoured and checked to meet Koshering requirements. Pass- over food preparations went ahead with representatives of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America main- taining constant supervision. Gefilte fish, borscht, and fish d'oeuvres are the Mother's Food Products, kosher for Passover, now on grocer's shelves every- where.
