The Sisterhood of Beth Aaron
Synagogue holds its sixth birth-

Jan. 22, at the synagogue, Wyo-

To Hear Rabbi Segal

Rabbi Jacob E. Segal will dis-
cuss "The Romance of Hebrew
Reborn: A Modern Miracle," at
the third Oneg Shabbat of the
Northwest Sisterhood, at the
home of Mrs. David Dunsky,
19375 Santa Barbara, at 2 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 21, under the
chairmanship of Mrs. Jacob E.
Segal.
Mrs. Maurice Karo will pre-
sent a brief survey of Jewish
current events.
The teaching quartet, Mes-
dames Jack Axelrod, I. Klein-
stein, Sol Slomovitz and Milton
Winston, directed by Mrs. Jo-
seph M. Markel, will lead com-
munity singing,

Concert at nai David

The Cantor s' Association's
grand concert will take place
Tuesday night, Jan. 31, at Bnai
David Syna-
gogue, 14th and
Elmhurst. Can-
tor Reuben Boy-
yarsky will be a
featured soloist.
The purpose of
this event is to
perpetuate tra-
ditional music
and to give the
public an oppor-
tunity to enjoy
its beauty. Proceeds will go to
