Mr. and Mrs. Sholem Postel (Barbara Savage) of Chicago, Ill.,
and Richard Savage, who is doing graduate work at Columbia Uni-
versity, are spending the holidays with their father, Louis Savage
of 2214 Longfellow.
Fern Metz, whose marriage to Joseph S. Katz took place at the
New Jericho Temple Dec. 19. w a s enterimined by t h e following:

honeymooning in Chicago and will be at home after Jan. 1 at 4053

Rct. Milton Myron Jacobs, who is on leave from Camp Breck-
inridge. Ky., is visiting with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jacobs,
and sisters, Nancy and Shirlee, of Broadstreet Blvd.
Mrs. Paul Rosenfeld (Charlotte Kelman) of Cincinnati, is in
Detroit to attend the wedding. of Mildred Lenhoff and Bernard
Glicker.
The golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. John Sodos of
11842 LaSalle will be observed at 1 p. m. Sunday at the Bnai David
Synagogue. Relatives and friends are invited to the ceremony and
to the reception to follow at Workman's Circle Bldg.
Mr. and Mrs. David Sislin are receiving congratulations on the
occasion of the admission to the Bar of Michigan of their son, Paul
Sislin, and son-in-law, Harold Novak. The two new attorneys were
honored by the Sislins at a party at the Labor Zionist Institute on
Dec. 18.
Mrs. Maurice Dreifuss and her children, Mr. and Mrs. J. W.
Subin, have moved to 20457 Stratford Rd.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred W. Payson of Chicago Blvd. have returned
from a visit in New York City.
Mr. and Mrs. David Wilkus of Boston Blvd. have returned from
a few weeks' stay in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs. William B. Isenberg of Edison Ave. have returned
from a visit in California.
Mr. and Mrs. Royal Maas of Cambridge Rd. are spending the
week in New York.
Mr. and Mrs. Mark Rafelson of Oak Dr. have left for Miami
Beach,- Fla., where they will spend the winter months.

Dr. and Mrs. Jack Lawson of Pennington Dr. and Dr. Allen H.

hostesses at teen dances.

Broadstreet at Cortland.
Ben and Ellen Knoppow, direc-
tors of the camp, have provided
entertainment for the children,

rive recently from Czech oslov-
akia was received'here this week-
end by Jewish leaders. Author-
ized by the Czechoslovakian Gov-
ernment, the transport consisted
of 600 Jewish refugees, including
80 children.
