TEL AVIV — (ISI) — Citrus
grove owners are to be given a
five-year government loan to-
talling $4,800,000 for recondition-
ing plantations. Interest will be
41/2 per cent. A $234,000 loan to
private farmers to encourage
production will be spent on pur-
chase of calves,. vegetable seeds
and beehiveS. The loan, spon-
sored by the Finance Ministry,
- is for five-year periods at 6 per
cent interest and will be han-
dled by the Anglo-Palestine
Bank.
