Harold Silver, chairman of the Institute, announced that opening sessions will be held Jan. 14 and 15 at the Jewish Community Center. Subsequent meetings will be held Monday evenings from Jan. 23 through Feb. 20. 'Registration is open to all professional staff members of member agencies of the Jewish Welfare Federation.
