marriage of Margie Lee Baer and
I. William Oberfelder was solem-
nized Saturday evening, Nov. 12,
at the Hotel Drake in Chicago.
Rabbi Eric Friedland performed
the ceremony. Margie is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome
Baer of Chicago and her hus-
band's parents are Mr. and Mrs.
Irving T. Oberfelder of Canter-
bury Rd.
The bride's gown of white
tuffed satin was fashioned with
drop shoulders and long fitted
sleeves, with a yoke of fine il-
lusion finishing the bodice. The
skirt was very full and extended
into a court train. Her finger-
tip veil of illusion fell from a
small cap of the tufted satin.
She carried a white bible with
an arrangement of white orchids.
Mrs. Henry Davis of Rock. Is-
land, El., was the matron of
honor and the bridesmaids were
Barbara Robinson of Souix City,
Iowa, Margie Mandlebaum and
Audrey Pearlman of Chicago.
Herbert M. Cohan of Denver,
Colo., served his cousin as best
man and John H. Redfield, James
R. Zukerman and Stuart M.
Schwartz seated the guests.
The young couple are honey-
. mooning at Acapulce and Mexico
