CHICAGO—Dr. William Haber,
noted economist and interna-
tional authority on immigration
and public administration, will
address a regional United Serv-
ice for New Americans confer-
ence this week-end at the Sher-
aton Hotel, it was announced by
Sigmund Kunstadter, conference
chairman.
Dr. Haber, former advisor on
Jewish affairs to the U. S. Over-
seas Command, and a profes-
sor at the University of Michi-
gan, will speak on world aspects
of the displaced persons prob-
lem at the opening session of
the conference on Saturday.

nen Williams will dedicate the
new "Israel Room" of Congrega-
tion Bnai Israel, in Muskegon.

Weisenfeld, second vice-presi-
dent; Mrs. Hillel L. Abrams, sec-
