12:30 p.m. Dec. 17. Mrs. Wald, a
member of the national admin-
istrative board, recently return-
ed from a two months stay in
Israel, where she was a dele-
gate to the World MizrachiCon-
ference. While in Israel she vis-
ited institutions sponsored by
the Mizrachi women. She will
report on the needs and achieve-
ments of the group in Israel.

national convention in Atlantic
City Nov. 14-18. Mrs. Phillip
Fealk, Fannie Gluck chapter;
Mrs. Edward - Lutz, Northwest
Chapter; Mrs. Herman Mosher

Zion. Chapter; Mrs. Joseph Ku-

'Education, Enjoyment'
To Be Parkside Theme

Parkside Parent-Teachers-As-
sociation plans an evening of
"Education and enjoyment," for
8 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 16, at the
school, 15705 Parkside.
On the agenda is a symposium
by two alumni from United He-
brew Schools and Wayne Univer-
sity; Evelyn Stollman and Dave
Rappaport, who will discuss
"The Child Belonging." Music
and singing will be followed by
a social hour.

man and Harry Nayer, attor-

Mrs. Seymour Simons, chair-
man of the Jewish Community
Center's dance consultants' com-
mittee, announces the appear-
ance of Martha Graham in a
dance concert to be held Tues-
day, Nov. 22, at the Institute of
Art.
She will perform her famous
solo, "Salem Shore" besides the
poetic dance "Deaths and En-
trances" and will play the
comedienne in "Every Soul is a
Circus."
Eric Hawkins, the leading male
star of the company, will be seen
as the tortured king in "Eye of
Anguish" and will also appear
as the strutting ringmaster of
the "Circus".
Tickets for the Martha Gra-
ham dance concert are available
at the Jewish Center.

'Shekolim' Sale Must
Terminate in February

JERUSALEM—(JTA—The sale
of "Shekolim" for the April,
1950, election to the 23rd World
Congress — which will be held
here in the summer of next
year—must be completed during
the second half of February, an
announcement of the executive
of the World Zionist Organiza-
tion said.

Marshall, Rex Lodges
Present Party Together

On Tuesday, Nov. 15, . at 1:30
p.m., Louis Marshall Lodge and
the newly formed Rex Lodge of
Bnai Brith will hold -a games
party in the main auditorium of
the Workmen's Circle, Linwood
at Burlingame. The public is
cordially invited to attend.
The Marshall bowling league
will be host to the entire Lodge
in December, at a sports night.
The Veterans Affairs Commit-
tee of the Lodge is now showing
movies by-weekly to the veter-
ans in the T.B. ward of the Ma-
rine Hospital.
