Shaarey Zedek YPS
Meets at Synagogue
Editor, The Jewish News:
At a meeting of the executive
board of the Women's League of
Tel Guiborim, Oct. 24, the fol-
lowing resolution was adopted:
Whereas the Women's League
of Tel Guiborim was organized
to immortalize the names of the
heroes who gave their lives in
the cause of Jewish liberation.
Whereas those heroes faced
the British executioner with a
deep conviction that a Jewish
state would spring up. from their
graves and those of thousands of
other martyrs,
Whereas this organization has
accomplished- one phase of its
mission in the establishment of
the colony ,of Tel Guiborim,
Heroes' Hill, as a tribute to those
who had given their all,
Whereas we are determined
that the work for Israel shall
continue with increasing tempo,
as part of the National Labor
Movement in Israel,
Now, therefore, Be It Resolved
that this organization shall be
known henceforth as the Na-
tional Women's League for Is-
rael, and
Be 'It Further Resolved that it
