speaker. This
will be Mr. Lip- Dr. Weston
sky's first address in the United
States since his election or head
of the AZC.
Members of the Nordau Cen-
tennial Committee are: Max
Chomsky, Rabbi Sidney Aksel-
rad, co-chairmen, and Murray
Selborn, Abe Rosenzweig and
Dr. Bernard Weston.

lems still facing the ORT on a
world scale, particularly the need
for more vocational training
schools in North Africa. and the
expansion of materials for over-
seas training.

first national membership cam-
paign in its history, "to meet
the growing challenge of our
day," Frank Goldman, president,
announced.
Using the slogan, "Build Bnai
Brith — Backbone of American
Jewry," the campaign will con-
tinue for 50 days across the
country, climaxed on Dec. 4 with
a nation-wide broadcast dram-
atizing the highlights of the or-
ganization's activities.
Bnai Brith — "Sons of the
Covenant" — was founded in
New York, Oct. 13, 1843, and has
received commendations from
every President from Lincoln to
Truman for its educational, re-
ligious, intergroup and Ameri-
canism activities. Its present
membership of 330,000 is divided
into 1,600 men's lodges and wo-
men"s chapters throughout the
United States and Canada.
