Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Manis of Clements Ave. • were given
a surprise party, Tuesday evening, Oct. 4, by their children, Mr.
and Mrs. Clarence Guttentag, and the Lackowitcher Aid Society
at the Mishkan Israel Hall in honor of their 35th wedding
anniversary.
Mrs. Jack Stenbuck of Boston is spending a few weeks in the
City as the guest of her brother-in-law and sister.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Blumberg have moved from the Belcrest
Apt. and are now residing at the Indian Village Manor on E.
Jefferson Ave.
Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bennett have returned to their home in
Dayton following a visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Moe
Prince of Glynn Ct.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wolfe of Fairfield Ave. are visiting in

Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Glassberg of Alger Ave. have left for
Washington, D. C., where they plan to make their home.
Mrs. Mathilda Sofer of Chicago Blvd. is spending a fortnight
in Buffalo as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel LeRoy.
Mr. and Mrs. Melvin E. Baer of South Bend, Ind., were guests
of friends in the city last week-end.
