HERE IS WHAT THE NEW YORK TIMES SAYS ABOUT
THIS NEW CHOCOLATE! Excerpts May 6, 1948

European-type chocolates produced here by confectioner from Duesseldorf—
literally melt in the mouth.
Mr. Adler uses most of the formulas he used in Europe. One of the most
unusual is a so-called cordial pineapple, consisting of good–sized bits of
fruit, flavored with brandy and dipped in semi-sweet chocolate.
The patty-shaped creams exemplify the difference between American and

European-style chocolates.
