Congregational Activities Dr. Abba Hillel Silver will speak at the opening of the Men's Club of Cong. Shaarey Zedek at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14. His topic will be Bnai Moshe Religious School, Dexter at Lawrence, will open Sunday morning, Sept. 11. The curriculum, which has always emphasized history, literature, holidays and ceremonies will in- troduce the reading of Hebrew this year to students in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth grades. New to the staff will be Bella Goldberg, who will direct sing- ing, glee clubs and aid in the general student assemblies as well as in the Consecration ser- vice. Walter Farber, director of the Religious School, who -will be in charge of the High Holy day services, announced that Max Chomsky will conduct special services in the chapel for boys and girls 14 to 18. Parents who live in the Bnai Moshe neighborhood and are not members of the synagogue, are invited to enroll their chil- dren.
