Reopen in Two Weeks

LONDON (JTA)—All leaves
for members of the staffs of
the British-owned oil refineries
in Haifa have been cancelled
and preparations are now under
way to reopen the plants within
two weeks, Reuters reported
from Haifa.
The dispatch added that re-
finery workers were unable to
confirm or deny a report, that
two tankers are en route to
Haifa with crude oil from
South America and are expect-
ed to dock by the end of the
week. -
