NEW YORK — All but three Jews of the Jewish community in French Somaliland have emi- grated to Israel, and there are no Jews left in Italian and Bri- tish Somaliland, according to in- formation received by the organ- ization department of the World Jewish Congress. A letter written by one of the three Jews remaining in French Somaliland to Dr. I. Schwarz- bart, director of WJC Organiza- Department, reveals that the three have styled in Djibouti in order to liquidate the affairs of their coreligionists after all other members of the com- munity had left for Israel. The letter appealed for funds they need to pay taxes, duties and other debts, to enable them to join their families in Israel. * * NORTHWEST DAY CAMP, the Schulze School summer affiliate of the Jewish Center, closed its first season Aug. 12, instead of Aug. 26, due to lack of sufficient registered campers for the last period..
