Mr. Houtz, for
11 years diked-
Philip Houtz for of the Hos-
pital's New York office, will as-
sume his new post on July 1. A
native of Detroit, Mr. Houtz re-
ceived his bachelor of science
degree from Wayne University
in 1928. Upon graduation, he ac-
cepted a fellowship at the grad-
uate school of Jewish Social
Work in New York, then return
ed to Detroit to accept a staff
position with the Jewish Wel-
fare Federation.
