president of the. Jewish Welfare
Federation of Detroit at the meet-
ing of the Federation board of
governors this week. Other offi-
cers re-elected were Judge Theo-
dore Levin and Leonard N.
Simons, vice presidents; Isidore
Sobeloff, secretary, and Henry
Wineman, treasurer. Samuel H.
Rubiner was also elected a vice
president.
Additional members selected
for the executive committee were
Louis Berry, Abe Kasle, Max
Osnos and Ben L. Silberstein, all
of whom were re-elected to this'
post. Also returned 'to office was
Abraham Srere, chairman of the
executive committee.
Irving W. Blumberg and Mrs.
