The Israeli -flag was placed on the Temple pulpit during Mr. Eban's ad- dress. Reviewing the last year's occurrences and referring to the activities in Israel as miracles of Jewish decision, Mr. Eban said that the Jewish State will be ever grateful to those who followed the leadership of the " United States in recognizing Israel. The appeal is made in be- half of the battered remnants of disaster who are separated from their final redemption by finan- cial difficulty. We must think in terms of our inescapable moral obligation. If you shared in our military glory, do not hesitate to share in the pain of national re- birth."
