Miriam Cullen, a member of the High School, will recite his famous poem, "Al Nozuz:" This poem expresses the determination of the people of Israel to stay on the land regardless of sacrifices. It was written during the riots in Yaffa in 1921, when the famous Hebrew writer, Brenner, fell vic- tim to the rioters. A girls' - choir consisting of members of the Hebrew High School, under the director of Mrs. Shirley Sklash, will 'sing a group of Dr. Callan's latest poems.
