14 Jr. Division Chairmen to Lead
900 Workers in Approaching Drive
The Allied Jewish Campaign's
Junior Division met Feb: 16 to
formulate campaign plans. Law-
rence Fleishman, division chair-
man, who directed the meeting
at the Jewish center, announced
the appointment of 14 division
leaders who will head the more
than 900 workers expected to en-
roll as volunteer solicitors.
Dr. Samuel Krohn, former
president of the Junior Service
Group, will lead group I with
Tillie Feinbloom, Sam Franken-
stein, Sam Kaner, Jerome Kel-
man, Theodore Mandell, Shirley
Sohuipine• and Shirley Simons.
Leonard Baruch will lead group
IT aided by Evaleen Bn.dnitzky,
Albert Colman, Robert Feinberg,
Eleanor Heilbronner, Helen
- .a.beln'ek, Dena Leep and
Harry Mirvis. Each chairman
will have a division of seven
captains; each captain in turn
will supply six workers.
The special gifts division will
be led by IrVing Goldman and
William Davidson. Henry Ehr-
lich and Morton Lieberman head
the A section, and Doris Moss is
chairman of Section B.

by Lilo Fauman, with Ruth
Magid in charge of the records

a - symposium on "What Judaism
Means to Me" at 8 p.m. Friday,
Feb. 25, in the lecture hall of the
Detroit Institute of Arts.

Joanne Lichtenstein and Natalie
Gaines. Ushers will be Joseph
Gantz, Sheridan Holzman, Bud
Gottesman, Alvin Talberg and
Jack Oppenheim.
The services will be followed
by a social hour, at which the
congregation will be guests of
Temple Israel Youth. After the
social hour the young people will
re-gather in the Lecture Hall for
the discussion.
At this service, Mrs. S. B. Danto
will present Temple Israel Youth
with a kiddush cup which is • to
become an annual gift to mem-
bers of the club who distinguish
themselves in service to the con-
gregation and the community.

Brotherhood Panel
Set by Fraternity
"Brotherhood" will be the topic
upon which four Detroiters will
speak for Wayne University stu-
dents and the general public at
2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, at the
Rackham Memorial Building.
The speakers will be: John C.
Dancy, director of the Detroit
Urban League; Edward A. Mc-
Donnell, managing editor of The
Michigan Catholic; Rabbi Morris
Adler of Congregation Shaarey
Zedek, and Dr. David D. Henry,
president of Wayne.
Co-sponsoring the presentation
are Gamma Kappa Chi fraternity,
which has sponsored similar pro-
grams in previous years and
Wayne Interfaith Council. GKC
president, Sidney Fershtman, and
Rabbi Max Kapustin, director of
the Wayne Hillel Foundation, will
be on the platform.

be Allen Menlo, of Gamma Kap-
pa Chi's alumni chapter. In gen-
