New York, where she visited with members of her family.
Mr. and Mrs. I. Rodman Myers of the Seward Hotel have re-
turned from a few days' visit in Chicago.
Mrs. Robert Newman of Canterbdry Rd. left on Thursday for
Hollywood, Fla.; where she will be the guest of her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Edwin M. Rosenthal.
Miss Zelma Rosenthal has returned to Patterson, N. J., after a
week's visit with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Archie
Barnett of Pontiac.
Mr. and Mrs. David 'Wilkus have as their house guest Mrs.
Cora Michaels of San Francisco, Calif.
Dr. and Mrs. Herbert Smith, their daughter, Jerry Lee, and son,
Richard, are leaving this Friday by motor for Bremerton, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Crohn of Wildemere Ave. are visiting

sharah training at Riverside,
Calif., and will leave for Isreal
following their wedding, Feb. 6,
at the Marks' home.
The young couple was honored
at a reception Jan. 9 at the Gold-
stein's home in Los Angeles. They
are expected to arrive in Detroit
this Friday, to remain until their
wedding.

Irish Rabbi's Anthology
NEW YORK — A one-volume
anthology bearing the title "The
Jewish Conception of Immortal-
ity and the Life Hereafter," com-
piled by 73-year-old Rabbi John
Ross of Belfast, Ireland, has been
received here for distribution in
America, it was announced by H.
J. Ross, a New York stockbroker,
who is a son of the Rabbi. Rabbi
Ross has been minister and presi-
dent of the Belfast Hebrew Con-
gregation.
