Women's Division Prepares Annual Mizrachi Women's January Institute on Family Theme President to Speak At Luncheon Jan. 1 Mrs. Simcha Rabinowitz, na- tional president of the Mizrachi Woman's Organ- ization of Amer- ica, major wo- men's -religious Zionist group in the U. Mrs. Rabinowitz, who was re- cently •e-elected to her post at the 23rd annual national con- vention of Mizrachi Women held in Atlantic City, is expected to outline plans for child-restora- tion and social-welfare work in Israel before several hundred wo- men leaders of the Orthodox Jewish community. Mrs. Herman Gluck is the Detroit chairman. Recently, Mrs. Rabinowitz spent a year in Palestine, observing the work sponsored there by 50,000 members of the Mizrachi Women's Organization.
