Weisman, acting national chairman of 'the United Palestine Appeal. Mr. Weisman, who has just been elected to his new post to replace Dr. Israel Goldstein, an- nounced that telegrams had been sent to these communities re- questing the appointment of two representatives from each Wel- fare fund "for the purpose of consultation to best implement" the plans for expanding UPA governing bodies.
