The first charge was dismissed when it was revealed that the progressive foster home program sponsored by the Jewish Social Service Bureau eliminates the need for a local children's institution. In the question of the need for leadership of teen-age recreation, the JSG members attending the meeting decided that the "guilt" should be attributed to young Jewish adults, whose ranks should supply such leaders. All members of the Junior Service Group are invited to at- tend the meeting, which is being arranged by Samuel Krohn, pro- gram chairman. Membership cards, which serve as tickets of admission to the meeting, may be obtained at the door by any young Jewish adult aged 16 to 30.
