the parents of the children blessed
this year.

Eternal Light Show
To Mark Simchat Torah

To mark the festival of Simchat
Torah, which concludes the High
Holy Day season, the . . Eternal
Light will offer "Josiah" by Irve
Tunick, Sunday; Oct. 24, at 12:30
p.m. on NBC.
It is the story of Josiah, son of
David, whose reign brought about
the restoration of the Law of
Moses to Israel and expelled the
,false gods from the Temple.
The pro gram is broadcast by
station WTCB in Flint. It will be
transcribed by station WWJ for
rebroadcast at 8 a.m. Sunday,

kah • of the synagogue. All chil-
dren will be taken to the Sukkah
by their teachers and will be
shown the esrog and lulav and be
entertained with songs and re-
freshments.
Although the students already
are well advanced in their school-
work, registrations will still be
accepted Sunday mornings at
Central High School.
