Young Adult Rally Sunday
To. Feature National Leader

Arnulf M. Pins of Paterson, N. J., president of the National
Jewish 'Youth Planning Commission and. American Jewish
youth delegate at the recent International Youth Conference
in London, England, will be guest speaker at the community-
wide rally of Jewish youth to be sponsored by the Detroit
Jewish Young Adult Council at 9 p. m. Sunday, Sept. 26, in the

forces in Europe are encounter-
ing difficulties covering the scat-
tered areas in which they serve,
DR. DAVID DE SOLA POOL,
spiritual leader of the Spanish
and Portuguese Synagogue here,
stated upon his return from a
four-week Army Department ,
sponsored tour as a representa-
tive of the Jewish Welfare Board.

Bnai Brith Youth Organization
will hold a pep rally for its Yom
Kippur Nite dance at 8 p.m. Wed-
nesday, Sept. 29, at the Jewish,
Center. Disc jockey Bob Sey-
mour of station WKMH will be
present.
The annual dance will take
place Wednesday, Oct. 13, at Ma-
sonic Temple.

Programs for October

Junior Service Group has
scheduled two programs. for Oc-
tober. A `jury trial will be fea-
tured at the general meeting at
2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct/ 10, at the
Jewish Center.
The discussion group meeting
Sunday, Oct. 24, at , the Center,
will include a round tat)le forum.
Both meetings are open only
to members of JSG, but inter-
ested young adults may join at
the door, according to Helen
Alpert, director of the group.
