take no action on Israel's formal
request for a $100,000,000 -loan
until conditions there have "set-

Jerusalem May Soon
Become Capital of Israel
JERUSALEM, (JTA). — The
military administration will soon
be ended in Jerusalem to -make
way for the establishment ,of the
city as the capital of Israel, mili-
tary governor Dr. Bernard
Joseph told - the first meeting of
the advisory council to the mili-
tary administration.
David Rernez, Israeli Com-
munications Minister • and mem-
ber of the Cabinet committee on '
Jerusalem, told the Council that
the Israeli Supreme Court would
be permanently seated in Jerusa-
lem. He revealed that the Jewish
Agency executive's offices would
be returned.. to Jerusalem.
