Tuesday evening, May 18, at
Hillel House, the Wayne Univer-
sity Chapter of the Intercollegiate
Zionist Federation of America will
hold its nominations of officers
for 1948-49. Voting will take
place from that evening to Fri-
day, May 21.
Bernie Schiff, Adeline Subar,
Shirley Katz, Ruth Cooper, Mer-
rill Polansky, Joyce Kaplan and.
Eleanor Betman are in Cleveland
this week-end as delegates to tht
IZFA regional convention.
All graduating Detroit high
school seniors are invited to an
evening of festivities, Tuesday,
May 25, in the Mart Room of
Webster Hall.
Wayne IZFA chapter will be
host at the third national IZFA
convention in Detroit, June 20-23,

Sol A. Dann will address De-
troit Masada next Tuesday _eve-
ning, at the Shaarey Zedak and
will lead in a discussion on the
Palestine situation.
After Mr. Dann's talk, Masada
members, who will be split into
10 groups of 25 persons each,
will undertake individual discus-
sions of the same subject. Re-
freshments will be served.
May 27 will see a repetition of
Masada's successful plan to split
the membership into four groups,
meeting simultaneously in as
many homes for discussion of a
timely topic.
In addition to an active in-
doctrination schedule for its new
members, headed by Henry
Ehrlich and Bill Davidson, Mas-
ada plans a social prpgram, in-
cluding a hayride, tennis and
bowling tournaments and hiking.
Masada is participating in the
ZOA enlistment campaign for
new members. Masada members
will attend the Liberation Cam-
paign breakfast May 16 at the
Rose Sittig Cohen Building.
