By DR. NOAH E. ARONSTAM
It was our great fortune
To have known him during life;
But greater is the ache
We have sustained by his death.
Many have known him
Through his • loyalty and devo-
tion,
But we have known him
Through his scholarly and scien-
tific attainments,
Through his subtly humorous
darts
Even in philosophical delibera-
tions,
Yet withal serious and profound.
The profession has lost in him
A pioneer in his chosen field,
His family a loving husband,
Father and brother,
But the community has lost in
him
A thinker, attuned to the prob-
lems
And perplexities of life
In our ever vacillating social
structure.
"Go forth and wend thy way
To meet the portion of thy toil
In peace and eternity."
