to joy, from mourning to festivity, from darkness to great light, from oppression to deliver..

ance," provides Israel and mankind with the faith that liberty must and is certain to prevail.

To guarantee our own freedom, we must strive for liberty for all mankind. Therefore this Pass.

people everywhere---to the 'fighters for freedom in the hills of Judaea and to the survivors from

Nazism in DP camps in Europe. We can bring a measure of freedom to these people by working
for and giving liberally to the 1948 Allied Jewish Campaign.
