Detroit chapter of MASADA,
which is reorganizing as a co-ed
General Zionist youth group, will
hold a general meeting, open to
the public, April 1 at Shaarey
Zedek. The following have been
appointed to the enlarged board
of directors: Barbara Greenberg,
Elaine Zelden, Sophie Schulman,
Charles Levin, Arlene Davidson,
Elaine Krohn, Marjorie Davidson
and Yvette Mandell.

A Purim carnival, featuring a
creative program prepared and
presented by young people 13 to
21 years of age will be presented
by HASHOMER HATZAIR at
7:30 p. in. Sunday, March 21, at
the Rose Sittig Cohen Bldg. Preva
Shapiro will present her Hebrew
choir; Yona Weisner, a dance
group, and David Saferstein, a
dramatic group in an original
play, "The Unforeseen." Chave
Feldman is in charge of the eve-
ning's activities. Proceeds will go
toward a Hashomer Hatzair sum-
mer camp to be built in the Irish
Hills. Tickets may be obtained
at the group's headquarters, Lin-
wood and Burlingame, or at the
door.

on the subject, "The Meaning

"Judaism and Christianity,"• the
book by Trude Weiss-Rosmarin.
