Shaarey Zedek Men Present Chicago Trio In Concert March 10 Sisterhood Members Shaarey Zedek Men's Club will present the Musical Arts Trio of Chicago, an unusual combination of voice, piano and cello, Wednes- day evening, March 10, at the synagogue. Lyric soprano Estelle White, a former member of the Chicago City Opera Company; concert "The Task for Modern Esthers" will be the topic for the program of the Sisterhood of Shaarey Zedek at its meeting at 1 p.m. Monday, March 8, in preparation for participation in the 1948 Al- lied Jewish Campaign. A series of short talks on re- lated topics will center around that topic. Mrs. Milford Preger- son will offer "The Synagogue Speaks:" Mrs. Max Frank will discuss "The Surviving Remnant in Europe"; "The Wan der e r Comes to America" will be Mrs. Benjamin Glassberg's subject; The Builders of Zion", Mrs. Jos- eph H. Ehrlich's, and "The Home Community", Mrs. Morris Adler's. Mrs. Abe Katzman, sisterhood president, will conduct a ques- tion and answer period. Mrs. Sey- mour J. Frank will read a psalm. Mesdames Morris Ruskin, Samuel Heller and Aaron J. Blumenau are social committee chairmen.
