Yetta Schutzman has resumed her studies at Michigan State
College after spending the holiday vacation with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. I. Schutzman.
Mr. and Mrs. Morrie Brodsky and children, David and Joanne,
have returned from Dallas, Tex., where they visited their parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Ruby Brodsky.
Mr. and Mrs. David J. Nabat entertained their parents, Mr.
and Mrs. George H. Ellenstein, in honor of their 25th wedding anni.-
Versary, at the Wonder Bar.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Ruben of Cortland Ave. had as their guests
for the New Year holidays their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and
Mrs. Albert Wohl of New York City.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Atlin of 9600 Dexter left Sunday to spend a
month in Miami.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ainbinder of Cortland Ave. and Mrs. Louis
-Bensman of Pasadena Ave. left on an extended motor trip to Miami
Beach, Fla., and Havana, Cuba.
Mrs. S. S. Schwarz of Wildemere Ave. spent a week in New York
City as the guest of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Anthony Marlowe, before leaving for a month's visit in St. Peters-
- burg, Florida, with her brother, Arnold Lehman. She will return to
Detroit the middle of February.
Mr. arid Mrs. M. Risenaweig of Hazelwood Ave. have left to
spend the winter in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. Josephson of Ohio Ave. are spending a
few weeks at the Raleigh Hotel, Miami Beach.
Mr. and Mrs. William Belinsky of 2282 Webb celebrated their
.21st wedding anniversary with a New Year's Eve party at their home.
Mrs. Herman Lutchansky of 1537 Glynn Ct. and daughter,
Merian Sharon, are visiting Mrs. Lutchansky's grandfather, Louis
A. Solomon and Mrs. Solomon in New Orleans.
Mrs. William Goodman of the Wilshire Hotel will spend a week
at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York with Mr. and Mrs. Charles
- Turner of New York, after which they will sail for Nassau.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Krolik have moved from Rochester Ave.
and are now residing at 18649 Washburn Ave.
Mrs. David Epston of Longwood Ave. is visiting in New York,
where she is the guest of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.
Hurd Whitney.
Mrs. Fred Dreifuss has returned to her home in Memphis, Tenn.,
after a visit with her mother, Mrs. Herman Finsterwald, and her
brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Clement Hopp of Longfellow
Ave.
Miss Edith Heavenrich of Trowbridge Ave. has been visiting
with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Heavenrich
of Milwaukee.
Dr. and Mrs .1 Sidney Biegler of Huntington Woods returned on
Tuesday from a visit in California.
Mrs. Benjamin Siegel and daughter, Eleanor, of W. Boston Blvd.
left for Palm Beach, Fla., where they have taken a house for the
season.
Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Levin of Strathcona Dr. are spending a
week in New York.
Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Rattner of Huntington Woods left on Mon-
day for a stay in Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Grover C. Wolf of ''Boston Blvd. have returned
from a visit in California. .
Mrs. Joshua Sarasohn of Atkinson Ave. returned on Wednesday
from a stay in Sarasota, Fla. Enroute home she spent a few days
in New York, where she visited her son, Stephen, who is a graduate
student at Columbia University.
Mrs. Abraham Jackson has returned to her home in Boston,
Mass. after a month's visit with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Harry L. ,Jackson of Huntington Woods.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry LeVine of Muirland Ave. left for Miami
Beach, Fla., where they are guests at the President Madison Hotel.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Feldman of Calvert Ave. returned from
Cheyenne, Wyo., where they spent a few weeks visiting with their
children.
Mr. and Mrs .William Roth of Canterbury Rd. haVe returned
from a visit in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mrs. Ralph Schiller of Chicago Blvd. left on Wednesday fro
a stay in California.
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Jacobs of Glynn Ct. left on Thursday for
Birmingham, Ala., where they will visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Abraham Felstein.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Allen of Canterbury Rd. have returned
from a visit in California.
Mrs. R. R. Kallman of Boston Blvd. and her daughter, Mrs.
._ Elliot Cohen, are vacationing in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Mann of Ohio Ave. returned on Tuesday
from a visit in Cincinnati.
Mrs. Anthony Deutch and Mrs. R. Friedman, both of the Wilshire
Hotel, left on Monday for Miami Beach, where they plan to spend
the winter months.
Dr. and Mrs. Harvey Lynn and their two small sons, who recently
returned from Memphis, Tenn., now are residing in their new nome
at 18285 Birchcrest Dr.
Mr. and Mrs. William Fields on Roslyn Rd. left for a stay in
Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Robinson of the Lee Plaza are spending a
week in Chicago.
Mrs. Ben Levinson of Woodingham is a guest at the Cadillac
Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mrs. Leighton Steele of MOnterey Ave. left for California, where
she will spend a few weeks visiting her children.
