He was a native Detroiter. He is

sons, Howard, Edwin and Lloyd;
three sisters, Mrs. Charles Prag,
Mrs. Joseph Gottloeb and Mrs.
Philip Goodman; two brothers,
Jake and Ed, and four grandchil-
dren.
