The ceremony was performed

with members of the immediate
families in attendance. Rabbi
Morris Adler officiated.
After a honeymoon in Atlantic
City, Philadelphia and New York,
the couple will reside at Hotel
Seward.

"Child Guidance" at' this meet-
ing.

the Wayne University Hillel
Foundation, who will speak . on
"Jewish Customs and Cere-
monies," Dec. 16, "Palestine and
Her. Future," a talk by . Rabbi
Max Wohlgelernter, Jan. 6; the
Jan. 20 discussion, -"Jewish Cook-
ery," to be led by Mrs. M. Weis-
enfeld, and a Bible appreciation
sYmposium, to be conducted by a
leading . Jewish authority, Feb. 3.
Refreshments will be served at
each. session. The series wil be
open to Sisterhood members and
their guests. Reservations can be
made, at the synagogue office. •
Wednesday, No. 19, the Sister-
hood will hold a luncheon and
games party. Proceeds will go to-
wards the replacement of linen
and silverware for the congrega-
tion. Luncheon wil be served by
the members• at 1 p. m. in the
social hall.

Herzl Saperstein, director of
the Detroit Zionist Youth Com-
mission, - announces that Young.
Judaea Clubs of Detroit, which
have recently been re-organized, -
are launching a "Package to Cy-
prus" drive as. a project to start
Nov. 16.
The packages containing food,
clothing or both will b e - - :sent to
CypruS to aid the "lucky sur-
vivors" of the Nazi terror who
are detained by the British who
prevented their settlement in Pal-
estine.
