America, is in a good measure

played by the ZOA delegation to
the Actions Committee sessions,
at Zurich.
Lawrence W. Crohn declared
that it must be emphasized that
the National Zionist office can-
not operate on the money re-
ceived from dues alone, nor can
the local Zionist activities in De-
troit, on the $1 received from
each member's dues. Thus the
Expansion Fund is needed to
finance the organization.
