Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rosman of Boston Blvd. had as their guests
last week Mrs. James Rose and Mrs. Max Klein of Cleveland.
Mr. and Mrs. Moe Leiter of Chicago Blvd. and Mr. and Mrs.
Edward Krause of Calvert Ave. have returned from a fortnight's
stay in Canada.
Lt. Arthur Miller, who is stationed at the New York Port of
Embarkation, spent the holidays with Mrs. Miller and their small
daughter, Cynthia, of Webb Ave.
Mrs. Ozzie Simmons is spending a few weeks with her parents,
Cantor and Mrs. Jacob Sonenklar of Calvert Ave. Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Tucker and their .son, Larry, of Chicago are spending the
holidays with their family.
Rudolph Marcus of Elmhurst Ave. has returned from a stay at
Pelee Island, Ontario. .
Dr. Jeanne Wolf has returned to her home in New York after a
week in Detroit attending the Psychology Convention. She was the
house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Jules Klein of Calvert Ave.
Leonard Zubroff of Taylor Ave. has returned from a stay at
Bailey Beach, N. J.
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Weingarten. and family are now residing in
their new home at 17206 Juan Drive.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl G. Seasword of Whitmore Road have returned
to Detroit after spending the past six months in Louisville, Ky.
Carl G. Seasword, Jr. will return to the University of Michigan
for the fall term.
Delphine Finn of Pinehurst Ave. has returned from an extensive
trip East visiting Totem Lodge, Adirondack Inn and New York City.
Lionel Cushman of Iroquois Ave. has returned from a stay at
Totem Lodge in the Adirondack and New York City.
Dr. and Mrs. Morris E. Bachman spent the past week in New
York where Dr. Bachman attended the American College of
Surgeons Convention.
Mr. and Mrs. Sydney Guttentag (Selma Lichtenstein) of Los
Angeles are visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Lichtenstein
of 2981 Cortland.
Mr. and Mrs. Murray Shapiro of 3344 Grand Ave. will be at home
from 7 to 10 p. m. Sunday, Sept. 28, in honor of the Bar Mitzvah of
their son, Lawrence. No cards.

Linden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Na-

Rabbi Morris Adler officiated.
For her wedding the bride wore
an ivory satin gown with an off-
shoulder neckline and a bertha
collar, outlined in Italian cut-
work. Her illusion finger-tip veil
was held in place by a tiara of
orange blossoms. She carried a
white orchid with white roses
and stephanotis on her Bible.
Her attendants were Miriam
Linden, junior bridesmaid; Doris
Dombie and Naomi Linden,
bridesmaids; Renah LaMed, maid-
of-honor, and Mrs. Paul B. New-
man, matron-of-honor.
Norman Egren was best man
and the guests were seated by
ushers Milton Goldrath, Leo
Shipko and Paul Newman.
After the wedding the newly-
weds, motored to New York,
where they stayed until sailing
on the SS. Queen Mary for Eng-
land, France and Switzerland.
Mr. and Mrs. Linden will be at
home after Nov. 5 at 825 Whit-
more Rd.
